Delete your CareLedger account.
You can permanently delete your account from inside the CareLedger app. This page explains the exact path and what to do if you cannot sign in.
In the app
Delete it yourself in a few steps.
- Open CareLedger and sign in.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the warning, then choose Delete permanently.
The request is sent to CareLedger’s server. It removes your account and the care records owned by that account. The action cannot be undone. Sign out and uninstalling the app alone does not delete an account.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. If another authorised person needs the circle’s information, make sure they understand the change before you submit it.
