Clear terms for a shared responsibility.
The boundaries that matter when people coordinate real care.
Good care coordination is not about adding more administration. It is about making the right context visible at the moment someone needs to act.
1. The CareLedger service
CareLedger provides software for families and trusted caregivers to coordinate everyday care through shared care circles, tasks, routines, reminders, updates, activity history, invitations and optional paid continuity tools.
CareLedger is not a diagnostic tool, treatment recommendation tool, clinical decision-support system, emergency service or substitute for a qualified professional. It helps people record and coordinate information they choose to share.
2. Accounts and care circles
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access to your sign-in methods secure, and using the service only when authorised to do so. If you create or manage a care circle for another person, you are responsible for having the right to enter and share the information you provide.
Do not share accounts to bypass the role and permission system. Invite other people through the care-circle flow and remove access when it is no longer appropriate.
3. Safety and care decisions
Generated times and reminders are conveniences and must be reviewed by the person creating a schedule. When an item concerns medication or treatment, follow instructions from an appropriate professional or source.
Do not rely on CareLedger for an emergency, urgent alert, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, clinical record or guaranteed notification delivery. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional when immediate help or medical judgement is needed.
4. Optional subscriptions
CareLedger may offer optional paid features through the applicable app store and RevenueCat. The app shows the current store price, billing period, renewal terms and the relevant Family-plan benefit before purchase. Core care coordination remains available without a subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable app store. Android subscribers can manage or cancel a Family plan from Account settings in CareLedger. The applicable store governs payment processing, cancellation and refunds.
5. Availability, ending service and contact
CareLedger is provided as is. Internet connection, device settings and third-party services can affect availability, and features may change or be discontinued. You can stop using the service and delete your account from Account settings.
